I'm very dissatisfied with my service at AutoNation Ford. I give them -0 Stars. They were unable to find the problem and claimed that nothing is wrong with my car. Yet when I'm on the freeway my car sounds like it's not shifting gears or it has a hole in the muffler. I will not be going back to AutoNation for any further service. This is the second time they've been unable to diagnose the problem. Also my door pops open unexpectedly. They claim they don't have the parts to repair it till 2017. So I guess it's the door pops open and somebody gets hurt I will be suing Ford. And then I'll sell my car and go buy a Subaru.

Loved the service. Kirby took the time to review my service record and made the appropriate recommendations. In the end I needed less service than expected and my cost was about half of what I expected.

First time we go there, we book online a day ahead. Once we get there, the service employee says he won't be able to work on it and their online system is messed up and doesn't tell them when someone books. No problem - we book another appointment. At our new appointment, we leave the car at the dealership from 9am - 6pm. The car was supposed to have a The Works, check the brake lights and a recall. We come back at the end of the day and all that's done is The Works. So I left my car for 9 hours only for them to change the oil and do basic maintenance. I'm disappointed to say the least. The only thing they have going for them is that their location is the closest thing to us. I want to book another appointment for them to check the brake lights and do the recall, but I called them and they can't guarantee that if I leave my car for another full day, they would have it finished. I believe in giving people a second chance, but these guys really have bad customer service.

I took my car for a recall from Ford and used the opportunity for getting an oil change that was close. They used the opportunity to try to sell me services I didn't needed using very unprofessional methods. Matt, the service manager, called me saying my 4 tires needed to be replaced and he kept talking about ordering, that the car couldn't leave the site like that, also mentioned that I supposedly had my oil leaking, which I know was completely false, also said about different other things that they recommended... the point is that he threated me like if I was stupid, even he say when I asked if he could explain better, that he was going to try to make sense of what I was asking. He could have probably make me take care of those things if he wouldn't have used those methods to scare me. That is not a way to do business. I can't trust this place.
