The Service Dept here is great and operates efficiently. The staff is all pleasant and caring. As a woman I feel very comfortable having my car serviced here and have never felt like work was recommended or done that was not necessary. I highly recommend Tustin Hyundai.

My husband and I went to Westbrook Hyundai in the morning. It used to be Hardin Hyundai where we had purchased three Hyundai cars previously. Hardin always treated us fairly but we were so disappointed in Westbrook. Since, Hardin was no longer a Hyundai dealership and there was no deal that we could make at Westbrook, I  got on the internet and came across Tustin Hyundai. So very happy that I decided to take a chance on Tustin. Shawn was a terrific salesperson to work with. He offered us a fair and smooth deal and I was able to drive home in my new 2017 Tucson  We are now on our fourth Hyundai vehicle and look forward to working with Shawn and Tustin Hyundai for our next vehicle purchase. Thank you, Shawn!  Five stars well deserved!

I got my true car pricing from multiple dealership, but one stand out. Bill was very clear about the pricing and the breakdown regarding the true car pricing with Hyundai rebate program that meet buyer needs. Very thorough follow up regarding the vehicle that I wanted to purchased, rather then trying to sell a vehicle to buyer Bill took the time to get to know the buyer and their needs. I would recommend co-worker, family or friend to Tustin Hyundai for their next vehicle purchase or lease. The process was quick and Bill went over every details of the vehicle.

Excellent Service! Have to ask for Marcos"

I have been shopping for a car for a few weeks and dealt with many dealers and dealerships. This dealership was better then the rest, having a more inviting atmosphere. What truly set it apart was the dealer, Marcos Rodriguez. Hyundai offers a lot of car for a good price but his service was what sold us. Very knowledgeable, caring, and not pushy. I was able to walk out without harassment and truly felt he was on my side. This was far above the treatment I had recieved with Honda and Toyota. Got my car for under mark with no haggling while other dealerships were quoting me at thousands above mark. All in all a great experience and I am very happy with my new car.

Q helped us out during our recent purchase of the plug in Sonata. He was helpful, funny, honest, personable and truly went above and beyond to make sure the purchase was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend asking for him at the very least you’ll have a great conversation.
