Unless Your ready to buy on the spot, don’t brother. I came to see if I wanted the nx vs rx. I had ask for a sale man. They were all in a corner talking, doing nothing. When one finally came they ask if I was just looking. I responding yes compare both the rx vs nx. His response was “ok we’ll both cars are open, please close them when ur done.” And walked away. Lol

I had a really great experience purchasing my used 2016 Toyota Prius Three Touring from Patrick at Tustin Lexus. I went in fully prepared for the usual car salesman tactics, but there were absolutely none! As a matter of fact, all of the deal options were so much better than I was expecting and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured or taken advantage of. Even the finance guy was great and very helpful in choosing whether certain extra available options were needed or not (usually not). It was definitely the best (and easiest) car buying experience that I've had so far. I was actually very surprised at the entire purchase process... not to mention that Patrick advised me that the car was on sale for $3000 less than the price in the actual listing. I know my review may sound too good to have been true, but this is a real review from a real customer in Glendale CA. Thank you Patrick... Amazing Purchase... totally worth the drive!!!

We had an excellent experience working with the Internet Sales Manager Peter Chan.  He worked with us to locate the vehicle we wanted and was very sensitive to our needs and requests... and without any sense of pressure to close the deal.  He wanted us to find what we wanted and that we would be happy with our decision.  Great guy to work with.  Lexus is lucky to have him on their team!!
