New GM Rich is a real piece of work. Having bought and serviced our Acura here in the past it's really disappointing to see someone like Rich take over. I went in today to replace my Acura and got a quote from Rich. He wanted nearly $3,000 more than Wier Canyon Acura. When I sent him an e-mail explaining this, he called to berate me and tell me he'll make sure I don't get that deal from Wier Canyon. What a weirdo. Definitely won't be going back. It's unfortunate for them, their sales staff (namely Ryan) was great, and I would have spent a few hundred more to keep buying from them if it weren't for Rich.

BUYER BEWARE!!! On Black Friday I have turned in my 2014 MDX and picked up a new 2018 MDX. At the time there were two payments left on the 2014 MDX and the fee for extra miles, so I have put down $3,000 with the agreement that it will take care of everything for the old account and I will move on with payments for the new account. A month later I get a letter from Acura Financial that the dealer paid only $1757 while the final bill was $2083, so an underpayment of $326. I had to go twice to the dealership because they never returned the phone calls, and the sales manager, Jase Kaefer, gave me all kinds of excuses, from being my fault because those $326 were late fees (talk about adding insult to injury), but admitting that my IGS was good (duh, I've picked up a new lease), to the file being in a different city and he has to get it from there. He asked me to call Acura, which asked the obvious question "how did the dealer calculate what had to be paid?". Finally I have paid the $326 myself, but I would like everyone out there to think twice before going to DCH Tustin. I have filed a formal complaint with Acura as well.

Overall good experience. Natalie looked out for us all the way. Only one minor glitch in that we never should have signed the purchase paperwork until we had a guarantee to fix her fuel gauge.  Turns out in order to do so I will have to replace the whole fuel pump and will be out around  $250 for the part.

An overall great experience. They were kind, relaxed and extremely easy to work with. I in no way felt pressure during the sale and my deal was very fair and one I was comfortable making.
