Customers are not welcome here, your wallets are!

They are after the "sale" at all cost, customer satisfaction (and communication with future potential customers) has left much to be desired. Feels cheap, looks even cheaper in person. No parking for customers. If you want to get a car here - better negotiate over email all the terms, so you can come in and sign contract and get your car and run away )

I would recommend San Juan Capistrano Nissan, much nicer in everything. They won't push you to make a deal TODAY, they will answer your questions about the car. And they are knowledgeable about what they sell. And they are mature, their sales guys are mature. Tustin Nissan is 22 - 25 years young squad, inexperienced.

-1 rating for Tustin, I thought it's going to be at least mediocre. Nope. But positive experience still ) I know where not to buy the car. Still like the Nissan though )

Good service..Shauna, I think she is the supervisor or manager followed up on my discount so I can use it next time. She was awesome! She takes care of their customers.

Elliot Park is our sales person and he has been great! In fact all of the employees have been very friendly and helpful. Excellent selection of vehicles to choose from and with Costco pricing in addition to the already great pricing we left with a fantastic deal! We would recommend Tustin Nissan!

First off, November 2016,  they sold me a car that was previously a rental car, without telling me this. When i found out that they ripped me off. One week after i bought the car i brought it back and they would not give me the car I wanted and paid over 15,000 dollars for. They wanted another 7,000 to give me the car i paid for. They have not kept my car up. No follow up or follow through. They lied from day one, with the exception of my first oil change. But they do the bare minimum for the customers, and use the bait and switch tactic. This leaves no bases for good business at all. That whole sales team especially management should be replaced.  Not trustworthy and or held to any standards.  I would never recommend someone to Tustin Nissan.
