The only reason for the three stars is the location. It's in a convenient spot right off Walnut Hill in Irving, attached to a hotel. I would've given it two stars otherwise. Getting the actual car and checking out was a breeze and took a matter of minutes. The customer service agent had zero personality and was rather curt when I received the car. When I returned the car however, it was the same agent I previously worked with and she must've been having a bad day because, man alive was she rude and snippy! I understand we're all busy, but making the effort to be kind and courteous to everyone goes a long way.

Over and beyond customer service. Avis picked a great employee in hiring Ms. Patrice warm smile welcoming tone and accommodating. Cars immaculate!

Ugh.. Avis. You make everything so difficult. Customer service is difficult. Switching cards is difficult. Refunding of money because you overcharged is difficult. Dealing with hidden fees is difficult. My suggestion is to simplify your process. It'll make everybody who has to do business with you complain a little less.

Small location. Extremely friendly staff. Patrice here made sure our needs were met and helped us get the car we needed. Was flexible to help us with our demand's. Being a small location it has limited number of cars. However the demand is high as multiple hotels are nearby.
