Rented a car for the weekend. The reservation was somehow incorrect (I had moved it out a week and it didn't update in the system or something weird) and then on my trip I had a flat tire (low air pressure light was on when I picked up the car)...so normally this wouldn't warrant a 5 start review...HOWEVER Emily took care of everything and was kind, empathetic and just overall very pleasant to deal with! The world of customer service would run amazingly well if everyone treated customers the same way as Emily!  Enterprise you have a gem in Emily and I will only book cars from this location in the future based on this experience.

The service was great. They promptly came and picked us up when we called. The car performed great and the price was fantastic. We had mentioned to them that we would be two hours later than iur pickup time and they were accommodating and let us know they would not worry about making us pay for the extra time. The manager, Emily, offered fantastic service and AJ was very helpful when we returned the vehicle.

I love the staff and customer service at the Beltline store. Always pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable!!!! Great team!!

Good Friendly customer service, I was visiting this center for first time. Though i had booked my pickup time and location different they were able to serve me.

Molly is the reason I will keep returning here as long as I need a rental car in Dallas. I came in with 10 minutes left till close and  no reservation. I wasn't hopeful when I went in, but Molly did everything she could and ended up getting me a deal that was $20/day cheaper than any competitor. 

On top of that, I was immensely impressed with how she handled another customer who came in after me with issues from another location. The customer casually brought up the issue with the past location thinking all that was done could be done, but Molly insisted she personally follow up with the regional manager and do everything she could to help compensate the customer  for the matter.
I don't write reviews, I never thought I would spend the time writing one for Enterprise Rent-A-Car of all places. But it only felt right after being helped by Molly and her team. This location is a perfect example in customer service for others to follow.
