This location is so close to us and I thought we had found a gem for a rental car location.  I had a one day reservation for an intermediate car picking up at 8am.  I got a call at 7:30am that they did not have any cars and they would not have one until 9am. I called back and spoke to the Manager. He wanted me to drive 30 minutes out of the way to another location to get the car. I told him I could not do that so he said he would call me back. After 30 minutes, he did not call back so I called the office and asked him to cancel my reservation and not charge me the cancellation fee and refund my pre-payment. I got the email from Budget and it says that I will have $150 deducted from my prepayment. So obviously, the manager did not explain that this was not my fault. So now I have to make another call to Budget to make sure I get my pre-payment refunded in whole. We have rented three other times: The first time, I had an upgrade and all was great. The second time, I took cookies to say thank you and all was great. The third time, it was a disaster. Mark the Manager was not there and his two back-up ladies had a tough time providing good customer service. I decided to give it another try but it did not work out. I guess this is good for corporate rentals if you are not paying for it. I pre-pay cars to get a discount but I would not do it again at this location. Also, this location does it's own cleaning and washing of cars. Sometimes, the cleaning was below par. I wish the satellite Budget locations had better support so that they could provide consistent good service.

Called to inquiry about being picked up before booking my reservation. Frank answered the phone and told me the distance had to be under 3 miles. Once I gave him the cross streets he said that was too far, so I told him to double check since google maps said it was 2.1 miles from the rental location. He then proceeded to tell me "You can just Uber here". If I wanted to pay for uber I would've never bother to call and inquiry about the pick up services. Poor customer service etiquette.

Don't wast your time here I called to check on the  price and there was no response so I decided to go to the location wen I got there there was a older lady with white hair who was so rude with bad attitude. Ps the phone kept ringing on her and she would not answer it no wonder no one answer the phone wen I called

Hassle free pick-up and return of the car. I forgot to take my international driving license, yet the one from back home was enough for them. If you want to you can even park the car and drop off the key in the box.
