The gentlemen working at this location are excellent employees. From observations as well as being helped by multiple people I can tell they know their jobs well and perform their job well.

We had a terrible experience with this Enterprise location.  They told my girlfriend they would pick her up at 8:00 am the next morning.  The car never came.  We tried calling several times with no answer.  I had to take her to the location where the guy said the request did not get filed properly.  We also did not have any cars available so we had to drive to the Addison location.  We were both late for work that morning.

They've been exceptionally understanding with my needs and were kind enough to provide an upgrade when the car style I requested was not available. Very friendly employees and quick rental pickup!

Great service and location. It's pity it's closed on Sunday for such good location. Next closest Sun trading location is near Addison airport but much less convenient. Hope the owner would consider Sun half day trading soon.

I have been a Enterprise member for a few years now and I visit the Galleria location on Montfort Drive. Just recently I have had an issue with my rental and the Reps/Asst. Mgrs. there are exceptional about resolving issues without any debating. I love that and they seem to care if I am HAPPY :). Thanks Galleria Enterprise
