The experience started off nice. However, when I returned the car and checked the bill, I noticed the rep had charged me for 1 day of insurance which I had never asked for. This ruined the experience.

Our car died on the way out of town for a family funeral. Mike & gang took fast & efficient care of us. I hope to rent from them again! (Under happier circumstances.)

They screwed up and instead of sending the bill to my insurance several months later they tried to charge me for it so I had to cancel my debit card, turns out they sent the bill to the wrong dept and it got sent back so they wanted me to pay with little to no warning they sent it to my bank who sent me a fraud notice. Go to a different car rental

Very nice location. Picked me up from the body shop and Mike at Enterprise was awesome. Easiest rental car experience I've had. Mike is the best. Had a slight issue with something and he really went above and beyond.

I got a rental from this location after some pretty extensive hail damage to my car. They squeezed me in with very short notice, and were able to get me in an SUV. Not my first choice, but the car drove well and was in good condition, and I was able to get the car on the same day I dropped off my other vehicle. Had some things that came up during drop-off but Jason took less than 24 hours to call me back and let me know what the situation was. He was incredibly courteous in person and on the call, and he made the entire situation great to deal with. 

They were able to take the car back and do the assessment quickly, and even offered to drop me off down the block to get my actual car back. Seems like there have been some negative reviews in the past, but they definitely treated me incredibly well and did seem to really care about me walking away with a very positive customer experience. I would definitely consider renting from them again. Thank you, Jason and Joe for making my hail damage repair experience a little bit less stressful!
