Absolutely terrible!  I was stranded on the side of the road with my three small children.  I was told by the call center that I had a reservation and that I just needed to give the address to the local office.  When I was transferred there the person working told me, "that's just not going to happen today sweetheart."  Then proceeded to hang up on me.  I called back several times and they refused to work with me.   I would have been absolutely stranded if the tow truck that came to get us didn't have enough room for us all.  I had to call a friend to drive three hours to pick us up.  I will never rely on enterprise again!

I have been renting cars from this location for years because of the service. Chris makes sure I get the right car for me and I am so thankful that they can pick me up and drop me off if needed, which I have needed several times over the years.

Customer service I received at this location was above and beyond any other location I've used!  My rental was fast and easy and the return key drop box meant I didn't have to rush back.
