Customer service wasn't awful, definitely not the best at all. But the company and it's fees is absolutely astonishing, I would spend more money on a company that is more truthful than work with these people.

Personnel was very rude to me and my spouse and a customer who was from overseas. the lady at the desk wouldnt help us  and just gave us attitude. They didnt even run the credit check they were supposed to. I was double charged and it took one week to get a part of my refund and im still waiting on the other half  of it. Will not be using the company. You are better off going with enterprise.

I rent vehicles here often and they are always great and very friendly. very accommodating when I called and told them I would be late. also very helpful when I was in west Virginia on my way to Ohio and the service engine light came on.they had me take it to an avis and it turned out to just be time for an oil change. I would and do rent here often

I was going to leave 4 stars, but the complimentary jar of Kraft mayonnaise rolling around under my seat really brought the experience up to 5.
