First, let me say this location was at one time top notch. Those days are gone!!!!!! After making a car reservation a week in advance, I get a call an hour before pickup today that I am the fifth in line to get a vehicle this afternoon. Well, the business day has ended and here I am without our rental and no call returned!!!! This is not the first for this type of occurrence at this store. I believe in second chances but this fourth chance has pushed me too far. Please, if you make a reservation, ask for your reservation number. I wasn't given my number this time and didn't think to ask for it. But, I obviously had a reservation in the system because the store called to let me know it would be ready later than 2:00. However, when I called customer service, they weren't showing I had a reservation!!!! So, my conclusion is that our reservation was canceled by the Brewton office personnel.

Went to pick up my rental car that i had a reservation for from the insurance company due to my vehicle going into the shop. Went to pick the rental up & I️ was told they didn’t have no cars available it’ll be tomorrow!! I have work, I don’t live it Brewton so that’s time & gas wasted!! Especially when I️ just called hours before for confirmation! 😠

I wish I could leave the Stars blank! They are horrible people! My grandfather was renting from them for a long time. We were paying on time and everything! The one time we let it go 2 weeks they called and threatened my 74 year old grandfather! He stated to them they knew how his payment schedule went why harass him! I can't even remember his name but he got loud with my grandfather and I snapped! We immediately took the car back! Never ever will use enterprise again!!!
