We have always used Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Foley and have been pleased with the friendly, professional service.  Our car rental experience at Christmas was a bit disappointing but still a good experience overall.  We  received a promotion code for a free double upgrade when we booked the car.  Unfortunately due to the holiday an upgrade was not available.  Discount was given but would rather have had the upgrade.  Car we rented had no floor mats, broken interior mirror and hole in carpet.  Typically rates and service with Enterprise are far superior to other car rentals in the area.  Hope this is not changing.

Terrible terrible service! My reservation was given away because I was unable to come at the exact reservation time. Rather than wait while they called neighboring offices for another car, I opted to pick the car up the next day. Prior to coming back, I called the office to confirm that the car was available. Once I was told it was, I notified them that I was on the way, and to please hold the reservation. When I arrived, I was told that there was no car available for me, and that they had no idea what happened. No assistance or compensation was offered- I was simply dismissed. This was not a trip for enjoyment- but rather for bereavement. Their treatment was beyond disappointing and upsetting!

What great customer service with the people in Foley.   Rented two separate times and received  great prices.  Rented a economy car and received a considerable upgrade.  Can’ say enough good things about out experience with Enterprise in Foley.   Will definitely  get a car from them again!

Great location.  The folks were very friendly and helpful.  helped us when we found we needed the car for a week longer.  Only thing that would have really helped is if they could have picked us up at Barber Marine.  Because the marina and boat yard is 14 miles away, it was out of their travel area but with the amount of potential customers we would have even paid for the pickup.
