Called around to different rental companies, and was told it would be difficult for me to rent a car in my situation. THEN I called hertz and they made it seem like it would happen. After paying for a 30 minutes to get there, Dillon the guy working there pretty much said what everyone else  had said AFTER I called ahead. They guy was friendly yes but as far as customer service goes this place has leaps and bounds to take before I'd even consider sending someone to this location.

Mar 2017 waited for employee to show up then waited while car was cleaned a little.  Car had been smoked in but they covered smell with fragrance.  Very bad experience.
May 2017 wanted to rent but the price was literally TWICE as much as anywhere else.  They said it was due to availability.  Really?  Renting 40mins further down the road from a different Hertz.
