I always have pleasant experiences at Enterprise Rent-A-Car 830 N Bechtel in Springfield Ohio. Every employee there has great customer service skills. I appreciate them all. Whenever I rent a car I always rent from them. They are great people who tend to develop a rapport with each customer. THANK YOU SPRINGFIELD BECHTEL ENTERPRISE! St. Party's Day weekend I rented the 2017 blue Toyota Corolla it was clean and well kept. Once again I appreciate you all. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK 😉

There were 11 people in front of us at 9:30am on a Friday. And 1 person working. Insane. We waited patiently for our turn. Couldn't get a rental because we didn't bring TWO utility bills. Have rented from Enterprise countless times. This has never been a problem.  Will go elsewhere when in need of a vehicle. Only reason I gave two stars is because the girl working was nice.

Great staff friendly and courteous.  Cars are not sparkling clean. Water spots and crud.

This seems more like the enterprise for those in the trucking and labor industry. The vehicles aren't perfect and new so you aren't uptight about having to drive it.
