Very friendly and pleasant staff and manager.  Quick and easy in easy out. We were greeted, walked to the car, they helped us with our luggage and directions. Will definitely go there again.

Horrible.  
Waffa the manager didn't have the car (even though I had a reservation) and then she explained that the fault was mine.  And then she was crazy rude.  And then she played mind games.  And then etc etc.  
I arrived at 10, with a confirmed res through Priceline and budget.  (This location is also budget).  
She said she had no cars.  
I told her I had Priceline and budget conf numbers on my phone.  She said "we have no cars."
I said "how is that possible?  My reservation is guaranteed."   
She said "We cannot guarantee a car if reservation is made less than 48 hours." 
I asked her where that rule was written... But she said she didn't know where that rule was written... 
"You don't know where it is?" I asked.   "Yes it's on the website but I don't have Internet.  I can't find it."
Then she offered me a camaro for more $.  
I said I'd prefer my original intermediate car.  Then she said "actually, sir, I don't have any cars."
"But you have a camaro."
"Yes I have a camaro."
"So wait you do have a car.  If I pay a big up charge."
"No.  You know what.  I don't have any cars."
"But you have a camaro."
"No.  Not anymore."

I had a great experience with Avis at this location. I was actually given a car above what I had reserved. We took our son to college on a road trip to Colorado and traveled over 2400 miles through deserts, National Parks and some mountain passes over ten thousand feet without a problem. With four of us and all of my son's stuff for college loaded up the Ford Expedition was extremely comfortable and easy to drive and even got great gas mileage to boot!

The staff at this Avis location were very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. My personal insurance company recommended that we get the LDW insurance so I discussed it with the staff at Avis and they explained it all to me. As it turned out, I'm glad that I did because we had a rock kicked up by another car crack the windshield on our way back and it was handled quickly and easily.

I have told all of my friends about my great experience with Avis and I am looking forward to renting from them again.
