Worst service ever. They tell you a price and then it's another one way expensive. They do not have cars, so they try to rent you the expensive ones. Always waiting for so long to be attended and they never pick up the phone. I end up talking with the manager, he told me that he will fix the misunderstanding but at the end they charge me what he want. Lack of professionalism.

Never once have i had an issue with this hertz place. they take good care of you and they also have a good selection of cars to choose from. if they do not have what you are looking for they will try and get it from another place if possible.
