After shopping around the neighbourhood at another rental company, I found this Enterprise branch to be the best value around the Westwood area where I was staying with friends. Selection of vehicles was excellent, clean, low-milers, pricing for my five day unlimited mileage rental was more than competitive, staff was extremely polite, shout out to Chester for hooking me up; vehicle upgrade without asking, NO SURPRISES, final cost was exactly as stated, thanks man! Had a great trip out to Joshua Tree and Death Valley, no worries about the vehicle. The friends I stayed with also use this branch, always pleased. I’ll definitely use their services again when I’m back in town.

As an die hard enterprise customer glad to say this place was amazing from start to end. Employees very well trained with smiley faces and great attitude. They even called me day after to check on my rental and see if I was in need of something. After returned my car they even gave me a ride to the mall nearby. Will definitely come back for their business/

Doran Weil gave me EXCELLENT service. Called me in advance to let me know what cars available. Got me in and out promptly and applied my Enterprise upgrades. Great job Doran!!

We rented a car the morning of our needing it and enroute for pickup we called Enterprise to check on the directions. We were then  told that there was no car on the lot to fill our reservation. We had flown in from MD and were heading to our son''s deployment the next day in 29 Palms CA. We had previously rented a car through AVIS  ahead and were told that they didn't have a car on their lot which prompted our day of call to Enterprise.  
It seems that when the central numbers tell you you have a car you really do not because of delays in others returns and accidents.  The LA location did have a pickup truck that was just going through return cleaning and they gave us that. The location was very helpful but the process seems very unreliable. If we had missed seeing my son before he deployed it would have been devasting to us.

This location is the best , so nice, super helpful, and very compassionate.  Doran, Chris,and Jorge are also eager to lend a helping hand. Thank you a bunch!!!
