Contrary to the other reviews, I had a great experience. Yes, the space is small (it’s inside the Mazda dealership), but without a reservation I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The person working was very kind to make sure to stay within the limits of my insurance and was helpful in explaining all my options. Would definitely recommend.

I rented a compact and they gave me a subcompact. They informed me that the subcompact was a compact in their eyes and I would have to pay $5 a day if I wanted a compact.

It’s a small office full of worthless people who claim they can’t help you. They tell you to call the Hertz service line in which they tell you oh yeah those people could have done this. It’s the worst experience I have ever had and the workers are completely lazy.

Really small office that's hard to find and closed early on the day I tried to return my car. When I tried calling to let them know I was on the way I was forwarded to the national hotline number.
