Kasey the Manager is wonderful and always makes sure I have the right car I request when I rent a car.
I have rented cars from Enterprise since the 80's starting with the location in Beverly Hills.
The people at the West LA and  Olympic are so nice and make me feel like family I have rented from that location since they opened and have been very pleased with the service.
The regional manager is very nice also, she has taken me back to my work when I needed a ride after dropping off the rental.

Often use Enterprise, but will go out of my way to use this one. The staff there are extremely friendly and courteous, and always go out of their way to provide exactly what I need.

Extremely difficult to pull into and out of this location. While friendly, the staff are very pushy about upgrades and rental insurance. I will not ever rent from an enterprise again due to a terrible experience in Santa Cruz, so I wouldn't recommend this place as the entire company is anti-customer.

i have been an Enterprise loyal customer for years renting cars coast to coast! The customer service is outstanding at the Olympic/Sepulveda location! Kasey and his staff are always welcoming, accommadating and go over and beyond to make sure I am a satisfasfied customer!  I feel valued and appreciated; therefore I patronize this location even though I have other location closer to my residence.
