I have called 2 times to get some clarity on my bill.  The bill was loaded with unclear fees and charges and I simply wanted someone to help me navigate and understand the charges.  I have been very patient and nice and I have been told both times that I would receive a call back.  NOTHING.  They really didn't even want to give me the time of day.  I am really disappointed and I spent almost $700 to rent a small car for 1 week.  Never again.

I have been renting cars from this office for more than ten years. Service is always efficient, attentive, helpful. Employees here have often gone above and beyond - Bryan even used his own Lyft account to help me get to work on time after I returned a car. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Nice most are friendly, I get 2 upgrades a year with Enterprise Plus card membership would be nice if they offered to me once.
