I was very satisfied with the my rental experience in Avis Westwood location. The owner was nice, friendly and flexible. Car pick up and return were very smooth. 

The most important thing is the staffs were all very kind and reliable. They did not enforce to buy extra insurance or put any extra or additional charges on our final bill. Based on my experience, some rental shops put some ridiculous and suspicious fees after the return,  for example, the late return fee (even though I was on time), cleaning fee or whatever fee for some scratch which already existed there. This place was not the case. Just the exact bill I have reserved online and signed at pickup.

Return was easy and quick. Even though there were many people on the line when we return the car, the process was quick. We just parked the car, showed the staff the picture of mileage and gas, returned the key, and that's it.

The location is close to FlyAway stop. After the return, we could get the bus to the LAX soon. (about 14 minutes walk with heavy luggages) Of course, it was a lot cheaper than the airport location.

Only downside was the car had a "oil change" signal on while we were driving. Since we drove for long distance, the oil change signal made us really concerned. The car ran okay and there was not actual issue , but we had to keep eyes on the status of the car.

The agent don’t deal with customers in a efficient way. She always let us wait for more than 30 mins.

Excellent Service....I still remember my first time renting a car. It was here at the Westwood location. They were very patient with me. Explained everything to me. There was a time a had a minor traffic collision.  They handled it in such an awesome way. I pick Avis over all rental companies out there. Of course this location is my favorite though.
