UPDATE: 08/16/17 It's been done for a few weeks, now, but the new building they call home is up and running and very nice!  I was happy to work with them during their growing pains.
I have some solid partners at this office who I LOVE seeing.  Erin, Izzy, Lynn, Carolyn, Paris (new addition) and anyone else I may have missed...thanks for always taking excellent care of me.  There is 
 a good reason why this office is always so busy; they're good at what they do.  This is in Lynn's blood and her team is confident, empowered and able to take care of your needs.  Each of them have a solution to any problem, or a way of overcoming any snafu that would otherwise keep me from walking out with my vehicle.  Stuff happens and they realize that and work around it.
Thanks for your partnership!  Keep up the good work.
Everyone there treats me like a friend when I rent. It helps that I am a weekly renter and they see a lot of me, but the staff is friendly and accommodating.  Lynn, Carolyn and a couple of the others (forgive me for not recalling names.right now) do an incredible job keeping it together in this VERY busy location.  Even during their growing pains!

Don't rent from this location. They are Liars. They rent faulty equipment and uncleaned vehicles.  The van i rented was filthy carolyn admitted that it had just come back from a boyscout trip and she hadnt cleaned it yet. Promised i would get a credit when i turned van in. She flat out denied promising the credit. The van was knocking and pulling all the way to Louisianna  i called roadside there were no locations near me to exchange the  the van. Had to drive in FEAR all the way back to Chicago. The most unprofessional staff I have ever worked with.  I will never rent from them again. If I could rate them with zero stars I would. I have written to customer service of the unfulfilled promise and reported faulty equipment to BBB.

*They are located in their new building as of 7-12-17* Same service and cars and in the same building as the Budget car rental. Full review: The people that work here are kind and friendly . They have the newest cars and SUVs and trucks for rent for less money then Enterprise and hertz. They always give you a full tank of gas and they make sure that your car is ready to be picked up at the time of your reservation. One of the downsides is that the vehicles are sometimes a bit Dirty on the inside and the outside. The other downside is that they don't pick you up or drive you back. But overall for the 4 times a year I rent from Avis/Budget of Orland park I am happy.
4.5 stars.
