My experience was Great! I got a free upgrade as they did not have have a compact. Kyle made the transaction smooth and informative. They even extended my rental last minute. Samanta was a great help when I dropped off my rental. Kudos on the Customer service and always a pleasure when I use Enterprise. Thanks for a great experience Kyle!!

Great customer service! After my personal car broke down. I was a walk-in first thing on Monday morning. All the cars at this location were being used. In the middle of a hectic morning Kyle found time to call the next closest Enterprise and verify that they had a car available and were able to pick me up. Saved me a great deal of worry and stress. Thank you a bunch.

Continued charging my card (held solely for incidentals) for two months after I had rented a car for a couple days while my vehicle was being worked on. Random, inconsistent, no explanation charges even after I had called a couple times and had them remove my card from their system. I have never had such problems with a simple rental; not to mention it was all supposed to be covered through insurance... over $500 in charges on a card that was held for incidentals... the car was brought back in completely perfect condition also.

The only thing I DON'T like is that I am forced to deal with the central dispatch to get a vehicle. I don't do this at any other locations. Otherwise great staff here. Very helpful. Must be the management I guess.

Another great experience with the folks at the Orland Park Enterprise branch. I returned my rental car and was asking about a ride home. As it happened, Caitlin was the only one at the branch, so she couldn't leave. However, she went out of her way to make sure that another member of their staff dropped by and was able to give me a ride home. Thank you!
