If no stars was available, that would be my choice. We reserved a 26ft moving truck two weeks ago to be picked up this Friday in order for us to move into our new home. We get a phone call today... 2 days before we are supposed to pick up the truck.. saying the fleet manger decided to get rid of all the big trucks at this location and to go find a truck somewhere else. I got the number for the fleet manager and when calling him, was hung up on. Will never reserve a thing from this location ever again. Learned my lesson, don't let this happen to you!

I give this place less than 1 star. The "manager" was extremely ill tempered the second we walked in she did not greet us but instead rudley said "its going to be awhile" then she proceeded to tell me if i didnt buy the insurance through them id have to call my insurance although when i booked it online i even checked the box that said no insurance. Never had an issue anywhere else and weve moved 3 times this year. She then slapped a piece of paper down on the counter insisting i fill it out and call the insurance. When it was finally said and done she said "shes completely fine" with us never using budget again. No problem, no problem. Just thought we would havr to share this less than desirable experience as WE know how stressful moving is to begin with this lady did not make it any better.

I rented for two days while my car was in the shop. I confirmed that I would get a day refund if I returned the car early. This did not happen and I was directed to corporate customer service who informed me that getting a refund wasn't possible when you book pre-paid on their site. Misinformation and an over charge! Awesome.

I'm not sure where all of the bad reviews come from, but I had a very good experience.  Everyone I dealt with with was professional and accommodating.   I chose a Ford Edge and ended up getting a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee with 3k miles on it.  It was clean inside and out.  They even let me leave my car there for a few days while we were out of town.  No hidden fees or any additional charges.  So all in all it was a great experience and I would definitely rent again if I need to.  Treat people with respect and how you want to be treated and you'll be amazed at how you're treated in return.
