Horrible service. Change up hours without notice and do not have a drop off box so you’re stuck paying for another day for their mistake. They’re rude and just not willing to even discuss basics. Dollar at Miami int. airport was much better. Overall, will not use Dollar again nor will I recommend it.

My husband is at the rental location now. He has been there 1:15 minutes already and is second in line. One person working and the customer at the front of the line was there for an hour.  Poor customer service and unacceptable. We will miss our planned lunch in Tampa with dear friends now. Never used Dollar before. Who thinks I️ should return?

I have a very nice experience  over there, thanks a lot, very useful and quick  attention, Very  Good Customer Service  at Collins locations

Was nervous with all the reviews but our experience was seem less. Easy to get the car, price was unbeatable for a convertible too. Absolutely no issues and drop off took 1 minute

All went fine! Was a bit stressed based on all bad comments but everything went fine and had no problem.
