Best car rental experience ever!  I've had good and bad experiences at a few different companies but this was the best.  No pressure in deciding toll or insurance options. They even let me pick up earlier than I booked. I did originally book for a VW Jetta and they gave me a Kia Optima, but that wasn't a big deal as I understand things always change and they are similar vehicles.

What's the point of making a reservation if they then don't have your car ready at that location?

Then they send me to another location where there's one person working and a line out the door.

I have rented cars from many different companies, including Hertz. But I never met an associate like Gustavo; He is did everything he can to make my busy trip a bit easier and I appreciate it.

Great and efficient service. I was skeptical  my specialty car would be at this little satellite office because I had not given Hertz a credit card or given them any information. Not only was my convertible there, but they gave me a souped up cherry red model at no additional cost. The brakes did squeal a little and they didn't spend any time telling me the intricacies of the cars operating system, nonetheless I was extremely happy.

I booked 3 months beforehand one car class D, and arriving on the date and time in the reservation they didnt had a car D (superior to the A), leaving Hertz i realized they that gave me an inferior car and charged the same amount (even tough they told me they would charge me for a A car), luckly i had a digital copy of my reservation in my mobile phone to prove that they didnt corrected the price. So, book and not having your car there is an issue; and the other is that they tried to charge me the same value; Very said disappointing, i ll continue using my old car rental company that i was used to, it is the best for my trip budged.
