The folks at the 1361 E. Little Creek Rd location are friendly, helpful and it was a great experience.
I ended up with a nicer vehicle than expected and when I returned the vehicle,  I told them what a great experience it had been.
I'll be renting from Enterprise and this location specifically again!

Branch manager Ashante Ross, could not answer question asked, was extremely rude and was not knowledgeable on corporate policies stated online. I will not go to this location again and will seldom use Enterprise in the future.

This location totally Redeemed Enterprise! I had a bad experience in the past with another location, but East Little Creek was so professional, accommodating and all around a great group of people that it changed my entire view of Enterprise. From the manager, to the rental associates and even to the gentlemen that picked us up and gave us a ride to and from Enterprise, they were ALL a breath of fresh air!! Excellent team at this location. I actually fealt like they were looking out for me and businesses this day in age don't seem to do that. I hope to do business with them again!

Had two cars to choose from. The first car I got had expired state inspection stickers. Was told I would get a free upgrade when I traded due to inspection stickers out of date. Never got an upgrade. Guessing because they only had one other car at the time. I was charged an extra $45 for something. They refunded me that back because they didn't even k ow what it was for. I would use the Enterprise on Military hwy instead.

I came there after closing and Cordney still rented me a vehicle and the traded me for a lower gas milage car. Car and Suv were clean drove well and staff was professional. Thanks Cordney.
