The car itself was great. The customer service rep was terrible. I believe his name was David. He was very rude and condescending to my husband and I. I asked how much of a hold they would place on my credit card. In my opinion, this is a normal question to ask. The rep answered that it would be a $250 deposit plus the cost of renting the car and continued to say "and if your card is declined because you don't have enough funds, you won't be able to rent a car from us for 24 hours." Why would he automatically assume that being declined was a possibility? I already thought he was rude before he said that and I almost walked away that day from renting that vehicle because I was so offended. I went forward with renting the car but I will never rent from this location again. I'm not even sure if I will use Enterprise again now based off that experience.

I worked for this enterprise and at first is was very nice working there but the manager David P is the rudest person he needs more training as a manager. Not only was he rude to me but others who worked there as well and customers too. He lied on me saying I was the problem but I always did what I was told to do and clean the cars like I would want my car but he didn't appreciate that.... they really should get a new manager for this location. He sucks as a manager...

The South Salt  Lake City locations has rocked it again. Had special circumstances happen and couldn't get the car back on day it was scheduled. They went above and beyond and came to my house and got the car to get it returned for me. No issues or complaints, just let us help. Nice work guys. Thank You.
