Ross at this location was very helpful this morning. I arrived as soon as they opened. I made my reservation online and was in and out in 5 mins. I read everything online and knew what to expect when I arrived. What I didn’t expect was such speedy service.  Great start to a very long day

I've always had a great experience renting from this Virginia Beach Avis. My only compliant is the outside of the car was so dirty I went and paid for the car to be cleaned.

Horrible customer service. Don’t let you know any part of the payment methods and comepltely screwed me out of a rental the day of my trip because my credit wasn’t high enough but no one ever asked what my payment method would be and the details of a debit transaction. Never coming here again.

Open till 7pm meant I didn't have to miss work. My car was very new and very clean and got great mileage. I reserved the car online only the night before and it was ready for pickup the next day. I was very pleased, it was my first time renting and I will come back to this AVIS should I ever need a rental car again. I didn't know renting a car would be so easy!
