Awful experience. Branch manager has little customer service skills and the vehicle received was old and disgusting. Look at this menstrual strain my friends in the back had to deal with on our trip. Save your time and money and go anywhere else - preferably not an Enterprise.

I have used Enterprise the last 3 to 4 years now. They are dependable. They have always had the car I requested for the most part. If they didn't they would upgrade me @ no charge. They are close to my house at well. Their personal is always friendly.
Keep up the good work, Enterprise!

Talk about professionalism, I know its just renting a car, but these guys made me feel like I was a celebrity of some sort... I am so glad they opened this location, much more convenient than any of the older places.
