Was happy with recent rental experience. I normally rent from this location. Unfortunately I returned several days later to rent a car for the day in a emergency situation, and was not happy with the service. The agents failed to close out my previous rental the day after return, and it prohibited me from using my credit card. In that situation I felt it was poor customer service. Especially because when I needed to use my credit card I couldn’t because they didn’t refund my deposit after rental ended.

Enterprise staff was pleasant and efficient , had me in and out in less then a half hour. The vehicle was great!

My rental experience with enterprise was challenging the second go round. The professionalism of the employees made everything worth while. Exceptional customer service played a part. Dexter and the female employee were awesome. From picking me up from home to bringing a new rental so I could enjoy my weekend.  I look forward to making a possible purchase from enterprise on my next vehicle. Thanks For Showing Great Customer Service. Laskin Road Location In Virginia Beach Virginia.

Wife wrecked her car, insurance company had made a reservation for us. We go in and there are 2 people infront of us and we are. Still in and out in under 15 minutes. The receptionist was quick and polite. First time renting a car and it was smooth as butter.
