The customer service was okay. They really need to do something about how they look. Professional or at least business casual attire should be worn by the employees, not hoodies and jeans with holes. The inside of the building looks almost worse than the outside. I just didn't get a professional feel from this location.

Called today Friday June 23 2017 and when the person picked up at 5:52 pm and said hold , I waited because I figured they were busy. They kept me on hold until 6:01 pm (they close at 6 pm) and then disconnected me. I just had a simple question about where to park my car when I returned it and the drop box for keys. Terrible service. I realize it's Friday and you want to leave work, but it's still your job. I don't pay the amount I paid for the car to be put on hold until you close. Unacceptable. Won't be returning to this company at all.

This location has the worst customer service. I thought choosing them for my reservation was a good call at first - until I needed to contact someone to ask a question about my reservation. Just wanted to make sure I could come a little later than I had indicated on my online reservation because we ended up having an issue with our car and had to rearrange things in order to be able to bring the car to the dealership. YOU CAN NOT REACH ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION! Then you get the incompetent people at the National Budget call service center answering the phone lines for them and they can't do ANYTHING to help you. No way to contact them directly, no way of knowing if those people are even in the office. Other than to tell you to "just be adamant about calling". If I'm calling over and over and OVER - and keep getting rerouted to you guys - and can't make it there myself because again, I'm having a car issue - why would I keep calling?! Just to get another one of YOU who can't help or assure me that 'hey, it's okay to get there a little later than your reservation time as long as you get there before so-and-so time.' That's all I'm trying to confirm! But hell I don't even know if anyone is even THERE. Never again!!! And if I do ever deal with Budget again I'll go with my first instinct and just go with the one on S Plaza Trail. They were my final call (because of course, one of the national hotline people told me I could just try reaching them to see if they can take my reservation) but the girl at the S Plaza location picked up after TWO rings and was super helpful. She looked into the system for me, told me some alternative options, and let me know if I needed, what time they would have that Size truck available. At least I know that an actual person is at that location should I need help with anything!! ------ Finally get here and there's 2 guys sitting st the front desk, looking at the same computer screen. Maybe one was training the other? Meanwhile their office phone is ringing and ringing and neither of them are paying any attention to it -- didn't even budge, like the it wasn't even ringing. Mind you, NO ONE IS IN THE OFFICE BUT ME, so no, they weren't "busy with other customers". Not to mention, there's a 3rd guy that's working who's outside moving cars and such. I had ONE question to ask. It Would've taken Less then TWO minutes for you to both pick up the phone and answer my question. If so, this review wouldn't even be here. Thanks!

We reserved and paid for a car online. The place opened at 7:30am. We got there right at 9am. One other customer was waiting. No one was at the counter. A young man came out from the back and told us another person would be back soon to help us. Don't know how long the first customer had already been waiting. This first employee went to the back and we never saw him again. At 9:20 the other employee rushes into the building with a bag of food, sets it on the counter and starts helping the first customer. When he finished with the first customer he started helping us. He did not apologize for keeping us waiting. We had to pay a $100 deposit because we paid online which is okay but we were offered no receipt stating what the deposit was for and that we would get it back. When I asked for one he said maybe customer service could get us one. He did not offer to call customer service. As he was telling us the rest of the details about the car rental he started walking out from behind the counter to the door to get the car. We couldn't hear what he was saying because he was walking away so I had to stop him and have him repeat everything. Come one! You don't walk away from a customer while talking. Finally we were ready for the car. He left to get it and came back and told us he had to go get air in the back tire. So the car wasn't ready even though it was reserved ahead of time. Was getting his food more important than getting the car ready? 7 minutes later we had our car. He noted the damage on the front, gave us our keys and told us something about the toll pass. Come to find out later as we were approaching a tunnel that there is some kind of device that we are supposed to open to activate in order to use the pass. He didn't tell us about this device but it is in the brochure he gave us. Couldn't find it any where. Not even sure if we had one. so I guess we will just get a bill from the state. Maybe. I don't know. Looking around inside the car I noted that it had be vacuumed and the dashboard wiped. However there was bird poop on the windshield and smeared handprints on the inside of the two back passenger windows. I'm not sure if either of the young men working this morning had such poor customer service skills because management hasn't trained them or if they just didn't care. Either way management is mainly to blame for allowing such deplorable service to exist.

I work here and we provide EXCELLENT customer service. Raphael is an amazing business man, and boss. He makes sure each customer is very well taken care of and that his employees are well knowledgeable on anything that deals with the business side. I recommend this place WHOLEHEARTEDLY! Come on over, I promise you won't be disappointed. Also, 1700 Norview Ave as well.
