Enterprise to the rescue when I had a recent experience with a flat tire in my driveway and my vehicle had to be towed to the dealership in another city.  Always fast, always easy, always ensures I'm comfortable with the arrangements/vehicle and price.  Because of the bad experience with the driveway flat tire, Enterprise allowed me to drop off their vehicle at the office closest to the dealership in that other town, where Enterprise then took me to pick up mine.  In each case, I was in and out of the Enterprise office in less than 10 minutes, and all paperwork was completed electronically.  Exceptional experience all the way around, as it is every time I've used Enterprise.

I would advise against renting a car here due to poor customer service and quality. This rental car place in particular are pretty sneaky and you might end up  paying fees for damages that was already on the rental car but was missed by the employee. Check your rental thoroughly before and after each rental.

Made reservations for vehicle and rushed down because closing in 30 - 40 minutes. Got there car never was there and of course put in more expensive upgrade , only needed for a couple days. Friendly staff.

The women that helped me were great! I was in an out. I will definitely go there all the time when i need a car. And on star took me straight to my destination.

I will not be using this location again specifically because of the way I was treated.  In the past I have been picked up from home (5 min away) and brought to this location.  This time I was told I was not able to be picked up because it is outside of their parameters.   I understand that however to be explained this multiple times like I was stupid was extremely frustrating.  I took an uber to the location and there I was told if I wanted an upgrade (had a free upgrade included on my reservation for a couple of weeks) that I was to pay $60 a day.  The guy next to me told me he was getting a Suburban for  less than that a day.  When I brought my frustrations to their attention when picking up the car and dropping it off I was given routine explanations of everything.  I am in the customer service industry and they did not go above and beyond by any means.  It is frustrating when all I got was multiple explanations (I'm not dumb I understood the first time) and no remedy for the problems I experienced.
