The store is nice and all but got treated poorly at the register, I paid with a gift card that was given to my little girl for her b-day,(it was still in its case with the giftcard reciept) when the guy scanned the computer said processing and it took a couple of minutes then the guy said this card doesn't have money. When I'm sure it had money, no one is going to gift a little girl a gift card with no money. Then he is like call customer service which I was on the line for over an hour I was not able to talk to a real person. When I went to ask for a manager and I told her what had happened (she was really nice and tried to help) she went to him and asked what was going on i heard him say" I don't understand why THESE people come shopping without any money!" The nerve of that guy! Long story short I will NEVER be shopping there anymore.

Unusually broad range of products compared to other similar stores in Houston area, with seemingly endless stock. The staff and management has been exceptional as well. I would recommend anyone go out of their way to this store even if others are closer.

Came in for a stroller and crib. The first guy that helped us out was nice and placed the stroller at the front register. I browsed around with my husband and mom for the crib finally decided on one my husband went to look for help he said all the employees spread like cockroaches and he waited for some Indian / Hindu woman whatever she is to help when she was done helping a person which she never did. Then I went to the front and asked her for help to give me a full price on everything minus a 15% percent coupon I had since I only had a certain limit to spend until my physical credit card arrives I wanted to make sure I had enough at the time. she said she couldn't do it so she called some black lady that talked extremely slow and looked like she just woke up my goodness talking to her made me tired! Anyways she did do what I ask her to do what that other dumb Indian woman didn't wanna do. But as I kept asking her my concerns she was giving me totally different answers i kept repeating myself like 90 times so I just walked out this damn store. Obviously they don't want people's business that's why the store was dead
