We had a fantastic mattress buying experience here! Alex was our salesperson and was very patient with us, letting us lay on every mattress in the store twice before we decided, always being on hand to take time to explain the benefits and features and answer our questions, but without being too present or aggressive. He made us feel at ease and that goes a long way towards selling me. The delivery and setup was quick and prompt, and overall we were very pleased. We will be back next time we need a mattress, and until then, we will be sleeping better than we have in years!

1st walk-in experience - I went in without my husband, I was completely up-sold and left buying a 13k bed. Husband was furious so the sale was cancelled same day. 2nd walk-in experience, same salesman - My husband and I went in with an idea of what we wanted, he still tried to up-sell us. We ended up buying the bed the bed WE wanted and disregarding the sell tactics, got home and realized we had been over charged (charged for the box springs twice). Called the next day, never received a call back as promised. Called two weeks later, was told that the sales person would call us back - no call back. My husband went into the store a week later. The salesman that had never called us back was just sitting at the desk. My husband provided proof via a picture that my mom had walked in and taken of the pricing on the bed the day after our purchase to help us confirm we were overcharged before contacting the store. The salesman insinuated that "people" could lie and that picture could have been taken before our purchase "but he's not saying that's what we did". HOW ABOUT YOU DO YOUR JOB RIGHT AND QUIT TRYING TO CHEAT PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY! ALEX! 2 stars because we like the bed so far.

I went in Labor Day weekend and came out with the best deal! Chantal and the other associates made the buying process fast and efficient. My mom is sleeping great, thanks!

Mrs.chantal gave me an awesome deal on my mattress. Her personality and GREAT customer service sold me!!! We walked with in minutes of them closing the store and we still got 100% friendly customer service. We had been searching several stores for something good but in our budget. She help me find the perfect mattress and even though it wasn't in our budget she accommodated to it and gave us a huge discount. We walked out with the mattress i wanted for a great price!!!! We will for sure refer this mattress firm store to our family and friends :) THANK YOU MRS. CHANTEL. KEEP UP THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
