Store has items and proper inventory. The store seemed dead, however, the line to check out was nearly the length of the store. It was quite a sight actually. After 10 minutes they had enough cashiers to accommodate the accumulated masses of people.

Truthfully, I hate walking in this place. There always short of stuff and always out of stock on majority of the necessity items for instant FORMULA. I was given a gift card and quickly passed by to buy some stuff and was truly blessed to encounter myseld with a staff member.. Irene. True sweetheart and was so so so helpful. If only more workers were like her.

I did my registry here at this location and also had some price matching done and unfortunately the reason for my low rating is their lack of staff. Any time I have had to go to the customer service desk, there is only one person working it and other customers constantly come up to interrupt asking for help on finding something. They're supposed to have printers where customers can print baby registries on their own, but they never work or are out of paper or something, so people always need help from customer service printing it for them. There were about one or two people on the registers, and this was at a time of day when a lot of customers were in the store. They definitely need to hire more staff. If you plan on coming here, be prepared to wait, even if it's just to purchase something.

One word to describe the organization in this store is the manager Yuni and few other employees that are amazing. Every time I go there, I get the best customer service and friendliness. From helping me with my needs and wants to questions and concerns. Ive been to other Babes r us in south florida and none of them compare to the warmth that come from here!!
