Went in to purchase hunter douglas blinds with my husband , they had a few models around the store, I asked the lady who was helping us the name of one because I liked it, she did not know and didn't want to make any effort to find out, she said they don't normally tell us the names of what is on the floor. (When you are advertising something in your store you NEED to know the name) when we were looking through the sample books, she barely let us see, she was quickly flipping through the pages. Hunter Douglas has different lines, so there are different books, I saw two different books, I wanted to compare some designs I saw, she absolutely would not let us compare and said they are different prices and designs, how is a customer suppose to know what they want if they can't compare? She also kept pushing us to the cheaper one and saying the other one is a lot more, just making assumptions and not giving us a chance. It is up to us to decide, we forced ourself to choose something because she was too lazy to get the book and let us compare. She couldn't give us a quote and said it would take a few days and to book an appointment to get a quote?! We made one and returned, only to wait longer and a manager came and he was just as bad, I wanted only specific windows in my home and he said it would look horrible and we would have to get the other ones done to. It is MY house I decide where I want it, I don't care if you are a so called designer, he was rude, and stuck up, and they told us we needed to decide there and then. (He also ended up knowing the name of the sample blinds on the floor, that she said they don't tell them) just an overall bad experience and waste of time. They are very stuck up in this store. If you are looking to get hunter Douglas blinds I would suggest going to another retailer, which we did. These people need to get off their high horse.

I called the location in Pines and asked for a manager, she said that the manager wouldn't be in until tomorrow. We hung up. Then I thought someone should be managing during store hours, who opens the store and closes and counts the money,I knew something wasn't right so I decided to call back to ask for a supervisor, the old lady said ."They're not here!," SOoooo I mentioned that it wasn't personal but I rather speak with someone in a higher position but she went silent, so I hung up thinking she hung up on me. Don't worry, i called customer service hot line on her, she's in for a rude awakening.

Horrible choices and it all had to be ordered.
