There is a salesman named Phil Collins. No joke. He was knowledgeable, funny and relaxed. Not pushy at all. We found a great leather reclining couch at a great price. I had never been here before but I will definitely go back again. Thanks Phil

My salesman Richard could not have been more helpful. But I called back today with a question and Richard was off, so a person named Christopher answered and would not help me! I suppose since Christopher wasn't getting a commission, he couldn't be bothered! I asked the question because I was in Melbourne and didn't want to drive to Stuart if the color was wrong. I had looked at a recliner on Saturday, did not purchase it,and had decided that if the color was right, I would drive back. Not very good customer service. Baer's is a beautiful store with lovely, well made furniture. I'm sure most of their salesman are helpful, so please don't not go to Baer's, but you might want to remember this guys name.

We had an excellent experience shopping for furniture. Liz is the best salesperson I have worked with. Probably shouldn’t call her a salesperson because she is a skilled designer. Makes you feels so comfortable as she guides your through selection process. Never felt pressured I felt like her ultimate goal was to make sure I was happy with my selections. I will be back to Baer’s.

Laura was very knowledgeable. We found a dining room table that we liked. Delivery is in a few days. Store is much bigger than it appears from the street. Lots of choices.

I’ve been waiting 22 weeks for a chair that was supposed to take 8-10 weeks. Several calls and visits to the store provided no information about the status of my order... Well, it was finally delivered today (of course, beyond the delivery window.....so much for getting things done outside of the house today!) and it was the wrong item. I am very upset and the customer service person on the phone was not helpful. I have no clue what is going on with my actual chair or if it was ever even ordered correctly. On a positive note, the delivery men were very nice and polite.
