MY husband and I had a positive experience from the door to the delivery. GINNI the sales associate greeted us with a big smile, responded to our questions, gave us directions and assistance. The 3 delivery gentleman where just that gentleman. They where friendly, engaging and informative. I must say the follow-up call was so confirming, that Bear furniture is serious about customers service and that is rare in today's society.

We recently purchased 2 recliners and a love seat which is also recliners. We love them! Really well made, and reasonably priced. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and professional. Even the delivery guys were really nice and had them set up and in the house in no time. Thanks very much Baer’s!!!

The store was inviting with lovely furniture choices. The sales lady was outstanding - she listened and gave me lots of options. She was very helpful. The delivery men were courteous, prompt , and efficient. Loved the store and you now have a new client for any future furniture shopping needs. Thanks!

We bought a Kingstown mattress from Baers 5 years ago (along with $10,000 in Tommy Bahamas bedroom furniture). We did the usual mattress shopping routine...tried out several & made out selection. The sales person was polite & helpful. This mattress was a waste of money & absolute garbage. Once we bought the mattress set, we were at the mercy of Kingstown. Baers was done with us. We’re on our third set of creaky box springs. The mattress is a lumpy mess. We finally gave up & after 5 short years, bought a new mattress from a very reputable local mattress company. Do your homework before you go mattress shopping....and avoid Baers.

Delivered my sofa with a defective recliner. Had parts ordered and waited only to find out that they forgot to order the parts. Parts were shipped to Baers and we received without a box (just the frame), which was probably a returned defective part. Had a Technician come out to replace the part and she brought her teenage daughter with her. After the repair, there was a long deep scratch into the arm of the sofa, which wasn't there before they started the repair. Called back to have another part ordered to replace this defective part and was told that it would take 6-12 weeks to get the part in. I waited and called in and was told that the part was never ordered and that it was referred back to the store. I can't get through to the store at all during working hours. I called corporate and they couldn't get through to the store either. I was told that they would contact me by the end of day. Customer service and their service company obviously don't know how to do their jobs. I thought Baers was the highest quality furniture in the area. I will never do business with this company again! I thought Natuzzi was the highest quality sofa coming from Italy. Boy was I wrong!
