Edward greeted us at the door and was very cordial.  We had been there before and had a pretty good idea what we were looking for.  He gave us some time to look then showed up at the right time to assist.  He shuffled chairs and helped with getting us settled on what worked for us. Wasn't pushy but very helpful. We ended up buying table and 6 chairs .  Thanks for good experience Edward.  Mike & Sue Craig.

Excellent experience.  Very thorough presentation by Julie.  She was sure to show me all sorts of options even when I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted.  Also, she was excellent with suggestions and important factors to think about when selecting my bedroom set.  Looking forward to having my new suite!

Excellent service. Went above and beyond to gather the pieces we wanted from various stores inventory. Also readjusted pricing after the sale when some of the items went to a lower price without me asking them to do so. Delivery was smooth and items are as expected. Very happy with them!

We had never been here and were looking for furniture and stopped in. Staff are wonderful! They're ready to answer questions but NEVER pushy. We had gone to other places that made us want to live with what we had. Baer changed our mind - we bought a sofa. Highly recommend this friendly place with good quality furniture.

We bought about $20,000 worth of furniture from them last year and one of the things we bought was a bedroom set.  The salesman suggested Serta Black so we laid on it for a while and it seemed comfortable so we bought it.  After about two weeks of sleeping on it I noticed my back was sore every morning when I woke up.  Didn't realize it was the mattress till we went on vacation for a week and my back pain went away from sleeping on the hotel mattress.  Came back home and my back pain started up again.  The mattress started sagging in the middle after about three weeks.  I called up Baer's and told them what was going on and the manager told me that I should have realized this while we were trying out the mattress in the store.  Really?  Horrible service!  Wouldn't take the mattress back or even let us exchange it for another one.  He was a complete jerk on the phone.  Nice way to talk to a customer that spends that much money in your store.  Will never go back.  Beware of this place!!!!!!
