Our personal representative is Tricia. We do a great deal of shopping. Many reps are average ... some .. are terrible .. [they either don’t know what they need to know and/or don’t care.] Some are above average. Tricia is .....smart, hard working, caring, engaged and extremely motivated ..... NEVER pushy or high pressure .... sincere and helpful. When she is not sure about something she takes the time and effort to find the correct information and/or solution. Tricia may have given us the BEST level of personal service we have ever had. My wife and I are in our 60’s and we have had a reasonable amount of shopping experiences. Tricia ..... BRAVO!! Additionally ... our delivery process went perfectly. They never bumped our freshly painted walls. They were patient with us when placing our sectional in our living area. (Sounds easier than it was ... but they were terrific!!) The entire process ... selection, purchase (with helpful advice from Sean-Paul (store manager?)... who was both patient and knowledgeable) .... and delivery ..... all AMAZING. We will be back and also ... use our big NEW YORK mouths to sing your praises and refer others. Marty & Carolyn

Having bought a new home in the area and needing to purchase many pieces of furniture recently, I can honestly say that the staff at Hudson’s Furniture has made the process so much more enjoyable. Aimee, Melody and JP are the most helpful, efficient and knowledgeable people in the business. If you are “shopping”, save yourself a lot of time and go here first...you probably won’t feel the need to go anywhere else.

We had the pleasure of working with Kenny K. and were pleased with his willing to help us select the perfect Mattress and pillow set for our home. If anyone wants an honest and personable person to deal with stop in to see him. Thank you for such great customer service.

We purchased a home in Venice and we visited a couple of furniture stores in the area and were not impressed. We asked around and were told told try Hudson Furniture. We walked in and I knew right away that we found a gem. We dealt with two different sales women and were very happy with both of them. We purchased a couch, loveseat, coffee table, end tables, lamps, dining set and console, leather theatre type seating and bedroom furniture. After a couple of months we noticed the couch was not right on the front. We contacted Hudson and a rep was out in no time to see what the problem was. They said it would be repaired but instead delivered a new couch. The delivery people are excellent too! I thought that their prices were great, as I have worked for 21 years in a store in a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pa., that did interior design and sold furniture, lamps and home accessories. I was shocked at how reasonable the prices are at Hudson. Would highly recommend this store.

I recently purchased a sofa from here. A very personable woman named Laura sold it to me. She was extremely knowledgeable and really helped me pick out the perfect sofa for my new home. Great job Hudsons on not only employing a friendly staff but also for having such a beautiful selection of furniture. I will most definitely recommend you to my friends. :)
