This is the ONLY place I take my car because I want things done right and with care and proper equipment. After taking my car to the ONLY place that I will pop my hood for and spending $1500 to have it fixed, I'd expect not to have a large crack in my engine cover. A grapefruit sized chunk nearly falling off of the face of the cover. I'd also expect not to be turned away because it was listed on the receipt printed AFTER all work was completed. I will never return to this particular dealer for service. If I need a dealers touch then I will drive an hour to get to it if I have to. This one lost good business. The type that will pay $1500 without worry as long as the work gets done on a complicated car.

I purchased my car New from here back in August and I'm was happy with the service however there's one issue. I have the 8.4 inch screen and when I took the car for a test drive I asked if it came with navigation. My sales guy said yes. After signing the papers and getting into my car I was trying to figure out how navigation worked and couldn't find the icon. He came out and tried helping me but nothing happened so he said come back in a few days and he would help. I came back and tried again and he realized Oh hey this doesn't have navigation but it's navigation compatible. You would have to pay for it if you want it. It still irritates me because to be honest if that was stated way before then ok but seeing as how he wasn't sure and the delivery process went through I was mislead about the navigation. When companies do things like this they usually have to honor what a sales person advertised to their customer. I've been biting my tongue for months on this issue and realized I should get what I paid for and what I was told. I also went in with a refinance question and the finance guy Jimmy was very short with me and came off as if was in a crappy mood. This made me regret buying from this dealership.

First they give you the run-around and the back and forth bs then they come with the offer of " oh if you can put down half of the total price of the vehicle then you can drive it home today" Really so for the low price of $5000 down on a $10,000 car I can drive away happy. Does anyone else feel the need for lubrication

I recently purchased a jeep renegade 2 weeks ago for my wife, happy with my purchase. I wasnt sure if i was going to be able to qualify however i met a very good sales man who was able to help me i 100% recommend him his name is Nester thanks to him i was able to get my wife her 10 year anniversary gift!!!! Thank you Nestor!

First of all, many thanks to Fleet Manager Alex, Finance Manager Tristan and another guy who's name I don't remember (Daniel, from Finance Department).
Alex was very patient and always able to answer our questions. He was professional, without being pushy or any pressure. Same with Tristan, who explained everything in detail and we finished the process quick without rush and hassle. These guys are the excellent example of competent consultants who know what they are selling and the dealership can be lucky having them.
The car was clean, inside and outside. Thanks to the guys at their car wash. Thank you all. When I decide to go for the second new car in future, I will definitely come back.
