Cozy, Affordable, Ocean-View Duplex with 2 cozy two-br, one-ba homes fully furnished with complete kitchens, and colorful bed and bath linens. Our Lower Retreat is pet friendly, complete with a fenced back yard. Each unit sleeps 6!

Story

This two-story duplex, with access to Nye Beach and the Pacific Ocean just steps away, is comfortable, well stocked and well located. Watch whales from the deck or the patio. Read a book. Exercise the kids and the dog on the beach...or throw them in the back yard to play!

While we often rent each Retreat separately, many family reunions and wedding parties have reserved the entire building. Each unit sleeps 6 and has two bedrooms (all bedrooms have a queen size bed), one bathroom, full kitchen, living room and dining area. The Upper Retreat has a large deck and the Lower Retreat has a patio with barbeque. Both face the ocean. Only the lower unit is pet-friendly. We also offer free WiFi!

Beach Retreat is ideally situated in Newport: just over the hill from the Embarcadero bay front with great restaurants and fishing/whaling excursions; close to the bridge taking you to the Newport Aquarium and/or the Rogue Brewery; and around the corner from the Newport Performing Arts Center and Nye Beach Historic District.
