Cannot beat this property! Right on the cliff above the beach, homemade cookies and clam chowder. Rooms have fireplaces and big balconies. Staff is warm and friendly. Easy to walk into Nye Beach area.

Absolutely beautiful. Wonderful staff. Every room has the ocean view and balconies. I was on the top floor during the whale migration. 💗 The room was large and had plenty of room, a couch with ottoman, a fireplace. The bathroom was also large with really nice amenities. Breakfask had hot and cold options and was plentiful. Anytime I stay in Newport, I will stay here.

The staff have been wonderful.  Very knowledgeable about the hotel and community.  Always around to answer all your questions.  The pool is warm the hot tub is amazing.  Beds are comfortable.  This is is a must stay again.  A great thank you to the front desk staff all of them and a special thanks to Kari for our midnight run for water and ice cream.  Will return again.

The staff is amazing and super nice.  They made my stay here great.  The rooms were clean and nice.  Now the reasons there's no 5th star.  No beach access, the pool is nothing like the photos; old, dated and need some care. The fitness center or gym needs new equipment.  Its not taken care of and was broken.

Gorgeous views, wonderful staff & great amenities. Room decor is tastefully done in a modern & muted style. Perfect for relaxing. My only thing is that you can tell the redo on the rooms was done a little on the cheap. Furniture is already showing dings/wear & tear even though the space looks fairly new. The shower/bath combo is one of those plastic inserts instead of real tile & the towel bars are developing a bend.
