Timely installation at a fair price.  

I wanted a new water heater.  They came by the next day and took care of it quickly and for less than the two other quotes I got.  They replaced my water main valve quickly, and when a small leak came up, they responded within the hour.  

Mitch is highly available and gets issues resolved quickly.  Sometimes not actively responsive (e.g., you might call and they'll get your message, but never respond to you unless they're ready to schedule something), particularly if you call the office number.

Great service overall, highly recommended.

Mitch was great guy. Responded right away to my Sunday call (non emergency) for a leaking hot water heater. Came out for inspection and 
 the next day exactly on time to replace quickly with no issues. 

Price/estimate was what I googled for typical service. Friendly group of guys.

I would highly recommend.

We, unfortunately did not have a good experience with Mitch the Plumber. We had a massive disaster -- flooding in our entire basement -- and called Mitch the Plumber to come out and help us fix the issue (which was that our sump pump had failed). 
The Good: They were the only ones available and came out within 1 hour of us calling - super fast response time. They were also competent - they put in a new sump pump and got it working. 
The Bad: They were SUPER mean and horrible to work with. The guy who showed up walked in with a ton of attitude before I even spoke to him! He made a big fuss about wearing shoe covers (even though we have white carpet). He was rude, dismissive, impatient, and basically made an already very-stressful-day much much worse. He also couldn't give me good recommendations on what to do in the situation we were in, what the best decision was from a sump pump perspective, and was almost obstructive in giving out information (like when he was done and I asked him to show me what he did and what to look for with the pump maintenance - he was like "you don't need to know that, there's nothing to show"). Basically, they were terrible from a customer service standpoint and we wouldn't ever use them again. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because they came out fast and were able to put in a new pump for us.

This company was fantastic! They were prompt, courteous, always answered my concerns and phone calls and seemed to be fairly priced. My issues included some water in my basement and Mitch made a special trip to come out to explain the situation to the claims adjuster which made the whole process smooth and easy. I also got some great recommendations from the plumbers for the other work that needed to be done. I will definitely call Mitch the next time I have a plumbing issue and highly recommend him to you!
