Excellent, competent service!
We were on vacation in Nassau county with a house full of guests when the outside faucet broke away from the house. We were immediately without water. I called  Bert Norman's Plumbing and spoke to Tammy who was very courteous and helpful. She dispatched Mitch Mellot who arrived in less than one hour. Mitch was a super nice guy and made me feel at ease about the whole ordeal. Thanks for saving our vacation!

Awesome service. Fast, reliable and respectful of my home. They listened to all my concerns and even wore shoe covers in the house. Dylan even came back on Saturday to make sure we were ok. I wish I could give them a higher rating.

My family called them over Easter and they were right over! Cindy and Samantha were very kind and attentive. They made sure a supervisor could help us, and the workers (Philip and Mitch) on site were great at explaining everything. Would definitely recommend!

Bert Norman's Plumbing Inc did a wonderful job repairing our kitchen sink. Dylan, came out within an hour of us calling & was very knowledgeable & friendly. We purchased a new faucet & he went out of his way to show us a tool that was included in our box to insure we would be able to properly clean the faucet in the future and he showed us how to use it. He cleaned up after he installed our faucet and cleaned up his work area both times he came out.Really great experience, we will be using their services from now on.
