Not happy with the service that was provided to us. Plumber was over 4 hours late. Was supposed to arrive between 2-4. Didn't show up until 7pm. No calls to tell us he was late. Then we were told we didn't have to pay the remainder of our bill since we didn't like the service. That was fair....until we got a bill today for the $44 we were told we no longer owed. It seems Quality billed our home warranty company and said we had refused to pay them. Quality was not the service we got.

Quality Plumbing has become our "go to" company for any of our plumbing needs. They have saved us at my mother's house when septic backed up as well as several other of our family properties. They are always on time, honest, and go the extra mile to help. Preston and his guys are so service minded and accommodating.

They are an amazing local company who always looks to go above and beyond for those they service. They have not only always done my family right but any friends I have told about them have done excellent as well! Keep up the great work and you are a great example of what a quality local business is!

Quality plumbing is an amazing company in this community. They do so much to support and give back to Gainesville. They were a sponsor at a non profit where I used to work and were amazing whenever we needed plumbing assistance which we often did because it was a historic building. Thank you for all that you do for PACE and the Child Advocacy Center as well!

Quality Plumbing of Gainesville, Florida recently installed a new, gravity-based sewer line connection for me at half the estimated cost of a well-known competitor. They did the job right with minimal disruption. They even included repair of a trench through my driveway as part of the job, unlike their competitor. Last, but not least, they graciously deducted the cost of repair of irrigation system lines that were accidentally severed, despite their best efforts. I couldn't be happier with John Boswell and his team.
