Turner Plumbing's Master Plumber Chris and Apprentice Frank did an outstanding job installing a tub / shower valve and relocating my vanity water supply and drain lines.  Their work was done in a highly professional and timely manner and they cleaned up the area after they completed the job.  
My total experience with Turner Plumbing from the estimate through completion of the job was excellent and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.  
My thanks to Chris and Frank for a great job.

Don't deal with this company! They don't warranty their work! I had a slab leak 7 months ago that I had Turner come out to repair.  It was fine for a while and then it started leaking in exactly the same spot. My wife called when the problem started again and Turner blew her off saying they don't warranty work on slab leaks. We called another plumber who identified exactly the same area that the repair had been made in and said that that is not the norm in the industry. The other plumber said Turner should warranty their work. Needless to say I will never deal with Turner again and recommend that my family and friends not deal with them. The call center guy was not pleasant, he hung up on me.

Turner Plumbing did a wonderful job even after I had to scale back the remodel of my bathroom due to an unexpected medical bill that I had to cover for my brother.  Their workmen were friendly, very tidy (this is a biggie for me) and did an excellent job.  I'm completely pleased and am very much looking forward to working with Turner Plumbing again to re-do my other bathroom.  I recommend them with 100% confidence.

initial consultation instilled confidence in their ability to do the work i needed on an older home. Unfortunately, the person who came and did the estimate as well as the person who came to perform the job never went under the home (like they did on their first visit), so I have no idea if they ever did any repairs or replacement to some of the plumbing under the house, which I had been told was leaking and was part of the problem. 

Did I get the female treatment? hmmmm....

This company is well established and guarantees their work... that is somewhat reassuring. However, they can improve greatly on their continuity of service and transparency in the jobs they do. 

Oh the person who did the job left an absolute mess.  (could he not throw away the boxes that held the new equipment, instead of leave them in my yard?) amazingly unprofessional. I have a toilet bowl top, and pieces of cardboard boxes randomly strewn about the side yard of my house, thanks buddy! (George was not a full time employee of Turner plumbing...  subcontracting life!!!)

Have worked with this company on 2 occasions, they are professional, did a great job, and were on time. Not the cheapest guys around though ($124 per hour for labor, 1 hour minimum, also adds 15 min of drive time, and rounded up to 2 hours for about 1.5 hours of work), their prices went up from last year...plus very large mark up on parts, washing machine box that lists on Amazon for $19.99 was charged $86.00, we very much did not appreciate this aspect of the invoice. We were charged more than should have been was the taste we were left with.
